Randy, my husband and the other half of The Calvarium was Hawaiian - from the island of O’ahu. We had been working on a collection that would combine his native roots with the aesthetic of The Calvarium. Sadly, in 2018, Randy passed away. I decided to continue the collection where we had left off and I named it, Lanaki - his name in Hawaiian - in honor and memory of him.
